NAAD is sold by ("we", "us"). By installing or using NAAD, or by buying NAAD Pro, you agree to these terms.

What you are buying

NAAD is free to use with a limit of three saves or exports. NAAD Pro removes that limit for one year from the day you pay. A Pro license key works on up to three of your computers. Renewing adds another year to the same key, counted from the end of your current year, or from the day you renew if it has already ended. NAAD Pro does not renew by itself: we email you before your year ends, and nothing is charged unless you pay again. If you do not renew, NAAD returns to the free version. We may improve or change NAAD over time, but we do not promise any particular future feature.

Using your license

• Your key is for you. Do not share it, publish it, or resell it.
• You may use NAAD to make music and audio for personal and commercial projects.
• We may deactivate a key that is shared publicly, refunded, or charged back.
• You may not copy NAAD to sell it, remove its license checks, or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows that.

The audio you record

NAAD records the sound your browser tab plays. It is a general-purpose tool, and you are responsible for having the right to record, copy, change and use any audio you capture. Sampling recordings or music you do not own can infringe copyright. Do not use NAAD to get around paywalls, logins, or technical protections, or to download content you are not allowed to copy. Your recordings and samples stay on your computer; we do not receive them and are not responsible for what you make.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Razorpay under the name Chutak Binak, our parent business, which is the name on the checkout page and your card statement. We never see your card details.

No warranty and limits on liability

NAAD is provided "as is". We work hard to make it dependable, but we do not promise it will be error-free or always available, and the license service may occasionally be unavailable. NAAD saves your session in your browser, which can be cleared; export what matters to you. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for NAAD Pro, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
